I can honestly say
some of you here are like Demi-Gods
masters of your craft

I impatiently wait
For you to craft your next masterpiece
Bearing inner thoughts for all to see

I seem to have a few fans
But I am always the one who is humbled
I still have so much to learn

But reading some of the up-and-coming greats
Has improved my writing dramatically
As some of your talent seems to rubbed off on me

Even if you're just starting out
Or just not getting the recognition you deserve
Don't get discouraged, keep your head up

When the muse should strike you
Bleed your emotions out into your work
For all to see

You may not be making waves
But you could just be the next big thing
Although, perhaps, other poets may be too jealous to admit it

Even if your writing seems ti turn to shit
Keep writing
And proudly stand by your shit
