The Bible Predicts that Man will Walk on the Moon, Travel to the Stars

Astronomy tells us that when the sun expands and overheats,
That will destroy all life on Earth.
We have something like two billion years
In which to colonize distant Space,
In order to survive as a species,
By escaping the sun's fiery demise.
Spaceships from Earth will have to travel many light years,
Colonizing habitable planets,
Turning them into clones (or semi-clones) of Mother Earth.
By so doing we'll discover that our destiny
Is to become the masters of the Milky Way Galaxy.
Is there any way we can know right now
- - - - Right Now  - - - -
That mankind will definitely survive Earth's demise
By reaching the far corners of the galaxy?

Well, preachers claim that the Bible is the Word of God,
God who "declares the end from the Beginning"(Isaiah 46.10).
The Bible offers prophecies of things to come
Far,far into the distant, distant future.
But does the Bible contain any prophecies about
Mankind colonizing Space, even reaching distant stars?
If so, that would give mankind hope
  -   -   -   HOPE!  -  -  -  -
That we will survive as a species
Even after both the Sun and the Earth perish!
Can the Bible live up its reputation (as "the Word of God")?
Can it tell us where mankind will be
Billions of years from now?

Hurray! Join me in shouting Hallelujah!
For I have found the passage (actually there's 3 of them).
The Bible predicts Man will set foot on the moon and the stars!
See Psalms 8.3-6 for yourselves:
It says the "Heavens are the work of God's hands"
The next line says the same thing,
But it uses different words:
"God created the moon and the stars."
The next line says,
"God has given Man dominion over the work of His fingers"
Which should include the moon and the stars,
Already specified as the "work of God's hands."
But what form will that "dominion" take?
The answer is in the very next line:
"You have put all things under Man's feet"(verse 6).
That is, in God's long-term plan for Mankind
The moon and the stars have already been "put under Man's feet."
Man is destined to walk upon "the moon and the stars."
So, when Neil Armstrong set foot upon the moon in 1969,
That was a partial fulfillment of Psalms 8.3-6.
Reaching "the stars" (the planets orbiting those stars),
Will take eons of time, millions of years.
But that is the long-term promise of Psalms 8.3-6.
So we can have hope that earthlings will live on
Long after the Earth (the first Earth) has perished.
For mankind will transform lifeless planets
Into countless clones of of Mother Earth!!!

When Christ sent out disciples
To fulfill the Great Commission
("Go into all the world, making disciples
Of all nations.." Matthew 28; Acts 1),
It was an "impossible" assignment!
But over the next two thousand years(now past),
We - the Church - did it! (by God's grace).
That miracle which took two thousand years
(Of reaching the globe for Christ)
Serves as a precedent for mankind to follow
Over the next two billion years,
As we colonize the whole galaxy, the Milky Way Galaxy.
As soon as the Great Commission was fulfilled
In the 20th century,in 1948,
(Marked by the return of Israel, see Acts, chapter 1),
The Space Age began! (with the launch of Sputnik in 1957).
As if God were to say, Now that the Great Commission is done,
It's time to begin the next one,the Cosmic Commission!
The global commission was practice
For the galactic commission that is to follow.
It will be the truly Great Commission!

PS: If you want to know the other two Bible passages, in addition to Psalms 8.3-6, about Mankind's colonization of Space
just tell me so in your comments.
