Just thought that I would write in the 'spirit' of the season:)  That pic is very creepy IKR? could almost inspire another poem....or a nitemare at the very least:0

Halloween/samhain  is one of favorite times of the year!

I tend to favor the eerie, stranger side of life during this season!

Hauntingly enchanting imagery.
The sounds of creaking and cackling were brought to life.

Wow! I love this dark haiku - "With wind's wailing moon cackles" such an original  thought and line - this could easily be a competition winner :-)

Mo Chara...truly delighted that you enjoyed my darker side! You have so deeply honored me with such high regards--especially your comment on the wind's wailing, and the moon's cackling! To this day, i have absolutely no idea what inspired that particular line! I can only say, that, Halloween/Samhain is one of my very favorite seasonal holidays, and i do get soo caught up in all the celebrating...and the more frightening aspects--(like sights, and sounds)--associated with this time year!
