leaving

I realize now
It will never change
There will be pain
The time will come
Where I must
Choose
To remain
And continue this
Endless pain I feel
Or to leave
To move away
To fly and become


What I know I can
Be
A nurse
A mother maybe
A wife to someone
Who will treat me?
Like I deserve

It is never
Easy
This is what
I grew up with
And I will take
Time to learn
