Please Ignore The Screams
My heart reacts,
To the scent of your cologne.
I spray it in my room,
So I dont feel so alone.
For all your bloodshoot eyes,
That appear every time you've cried.
I pray for their repair,
To relive that blinding stare.
I am just the blood,
That runs from your veins.
From your heart onto your skin,
To help you feel ashamed.
And I cant fall asleep,
In fear of what I'll see.
A life in what is wrong feels right,
Don't wake me from my dream.
Don't catch me when I fall,
Because I like the pain of it all.
Please ignore the screams,
Its just the real me.
To the scent of your cologne.
I spray it in my room,
So I dont feel so alone.
For all your bloodshoot eyes,
That appear every time you've cried.
I pray for their repair,
To relive that blinding stare.
I am just the blood,
That runs from your veins.
From your heart onto your skin,
To help you feel ashamed.
And I cant fall asleep,
In fear of what I'll see.
A life in what is wrong feels right,
Don't wake me from my dream.
Don't catch me when I fall,
Because I like the pain of it all.
Please ignore the screams,
Its just the real me.
