With my arms open wide i stand up and say
This is who i really am open, proud, happy and gay.
I stand before the world, i scream and i shout
I've finally found the courage deep within to finally come out.
I don't want anymore to be scared
I want people to know my heart still cares

From a world full of people
Id stand up and scream this from any church steeple.
I wanted to tell you my secret
Because nobody has any idea how hard its been to keep it.

And understand i cant change who i am

Because the way iv been treated, i feel nothing but hurt
