The PERFECT look - beauty's in the eyes of the beholder

She stood in front of the
    mirror,her reflection staring
              curiously and speculatively back
                       at her as she assessed and re-assessed
                                her assets.

                 "I want bigger boobs!
           I definately want a smaller nose...
                 Ooh,and a larger booty
                And fully pouted lips."

                          Needless to say,she had money
                 to make these drastic,insane changes

She now stood in front
         of the mirror,her reflection
                 staring back at her - satisfied
                        with the recent upgrades : the
                              double D silicon bags stuffed in
                        her bossom, the now freakishly
                 pouted lips, an enormous behind
         and the now crookedly shaped
small nose... she looked perfect!
