Light shines on the unthinkable

The images
In her mind
She is embarrassed to share
For anyone to know
The sinful words
That spill from her mouth
She wonders when it will end
Feeling unloved
Alone and inadequate
Nervously
She jots down her words
Her shortcomings in black and white
Will his manifest hers?

I have been there-where another persons actions are so awful that we can't hardly think them without shame and self doubt..I WROTE A LOT when I was going through that -and I will never be the same since then...BUT I have come a long way :-)
