Don't Make Me Say
You shower me with praise
I do not wish to hide
You say I light your heart a blaze
But I'm still stuck inside
A secret I wish not to share
You press, but I do not give in
I love the way you care
So I will not speak this sin
You tell me that it's all okay
Maybe it is, maybe it's true
I'll smile and laugh away the day
If it means I don't have to say
"I don't love you"
I do not wish to hide

I've never actually had a fishcake, sorry to say, in fact, I don't even like fish. I love cake though.
