To Tell the Truth, (Uncovering the Cover-up).
It's funny how the governing
Religious powers that be, can
determine and impose upon the
population, the interpretation
of a thing
Take, "Thanksgiving," for
example
The, "U.S," calls it a religious
holiday
When the, "English Immigrants,"
and the, "Indians," sat-down
together to enjoy a feast
When really it had its origins
in so-called, "Pagan," roots
(I hate that word, it's so disparaging
and discriminating
Designating someone who doesn't believe
in your ideology)
But anyways, it was originally called
an, "Harvest Festival," or, "Haerfest,"
meaning, "Autumn," wherein thanks were
given around the time of the, "Harvest
Moon,"
To celebrate the reaping and gathering
of grain and other grown products
Till the, "Roman Catholic Church," came
in and superimposed their belief on
every thing considered, Pagan and covered-
up their sacred traditions
But, "Blessed Be," to all things that were
hidden being revealed
And that which once was is coming around
again
To be enjoyed and celebrated as they once
intended
It is not an, Religious holyday not in
their traditional sense
But a day when peoples around the world gave
thanks to the, "Haerfest," in their own way
So this year have a happy, "Lughnasadh,"
and, "Blessed Be," unto thee
And when you meet for your personal
Thanksgiving
Let it be a, "Merry-meet,"
