I don't just make small mistakes. Nope, I over achieve on a grand scale when it comes to mistakes. You made a mistake? Draven nothing on my mistake! But I've learnt enough now, to not mistake... a mistake, for being a great lesson. This is where I over achieve on another grand scale.

Self reflection. Which I feel is one of, if not the greatest skill I've learnt, and there's no better time to use this skill than when all fingers are pointed at me. When the tidal wave of consequence and emotion approaches from the earthquake that mistakes appear to be, I realise that I deserve every consequence my actions create.

But I will not accept that any mistake, that I make, or another makes, can leave me defeated in its wake. I man up, get totaled and then pick myself up. Not my old self, he made that mistake and lays shattered. I'm greater than that, we all are, so I examine myself piece by piece and rebuild myself.

 My consequences are there reflecting my actions, fairly or unfairly, non the less ready to assist in my growth as a person. My emotions aren't there to overpower me, they're there to empower me, give me strength and drive. So I take action and become the best person I can be
