Tiny Little Things

Little doll house girl
you were made
fabricated
designed

your brain,
mere cotton
no heart that beats
a blank stupid stare

your house,
perfect, except the dust
every little damn piece
where it is meant to be

small bits of yesteryear
curtains made of Granny's pajamas
couch cushions are Uncle Raads pants
and that table cloth, I remember that too

your rug, was my mom's wedding dress
and that cameo that hangs over the fire place,
that was evil aunt Teary's
this house paints the wrong picture

makes everything seem like something its not
happy,
I hate this big little house
it's a fraud

a bunch of tragic history
glued and welded together
and still little doll house girl smiles
I grab her

looking deep into her faded face
I squeeze her cloth body
and rip her fucking head off
it's okay, she doesn't feel anything

I open the tiny Frigidaire
and stuff her head in it
I put the rest of her in the attic
now I smile

this place is starting to feel more like home
