Poisonous thoughts
Tongues like knives
You will find no reason
No deep or hidden clue
Those little toxic people
Selfish through and through
Truth they must conceal
LIes they have to tell
Avoid them at all costs
I learn that lesson well....

This is a wisdom that comes with time and experience. Unfortunately it is usually revealed thru hurtful experiences. Good insight.

I can relate to this poem so well..I've
had to distant myself from people like
this, and just had to do this recently.
It hurts, especially when you care
about the person, but know inside your
soul that they are "toxic" to you, and
there would never be any changing. The
only changing would be to the person putting
up with it, to get out of the relationship.
