and do not let your stove get colder

or let the water stop boiling-
turn your finger back to toiling

on words
they are coming in herds
but cannot unfetter strong nerves-

the sensations won't stop
and won't lose the pop

of profane or profound
just keep spinning around

rotate like a weather vane
in a hurricane
a bad umbrella in a fit of rain
