Blackness or Light

 
Spread my black wings as i fly through a jet black sky with a pure black eye ,
watching evil deeds grow from the seeds i sow , just so you know - there is no let be ,
no free from me as i creep from behind the shadows in your mind , i stalk - i see ,
bring judgement on thee ,walk a path of wrath so see me & flee , but to no avail ,
your time is up your soul will sail , hope you walked on the right for tonights the night
so put your hands together & clasp them tight - blackness or Light ?

cant escape the pain from the synapsis in my brain as i watch my soul drain its eternal flame ,scream & shout , let the dogs out - fear & doubt , black truth swimming all about ,
sea of confusion closing in , there is no win, just madness within & all it does ,
a residual trail from the beast we was , i try to fight but the beast within says embrace the night,
its futile to fight , i lose the light , i lose all right , soul twisted into knots & rung out tight,

now i've lost my sight free fall in to night there is no bright no up no down no in no out as i dance about with fear & doubt in a dark black bout ,
a great black scythe resting on my shoulder as i sit before the judgement holder ,
a fire within judgin all my sin i stand & grin take it on the chin i know my past i cannot win, now i say goodbye as he lifts his scythe all the way up high & i think about what its like to die catch a silver glint in my eye oh why oh why no wings to fly ...
