MY EVERY WISH
Friends say of you, “She’s quite a dish”;
To me, you are My Every Wish –
For a beauty to share my life,
Become my long-awaited wife;
For commitment and family,
And intimate fidelity;
For someone to grow older with,
Reciprocating, take-and-give;
For good health and security,
For one who can be there for me.

Not autobiographical - it is a whimsical write, sparked by seen a phrase "his every wish". Yes they would be my own sentiments but I think I've left it too late to start a family. I was putting myself in shoes of a younger man here.
