Naajir I could not agree with you more, the harm, hurt, hate, guilt and isolation we feel is being poorly dealt with, fortunately some us are better at dealing with our own PTSD than others and so then we can help those who are having a harder time. Thank you for adding your voice to this piece.

Death is ever the best release from anything. When what has been can never be undone, death is a deliverer. Personally, I think death is a good thing. It's absurd how we're deluded that we're running away from it, even escaping it, when every step leads towards it, every minute, every second, we get closer. It's the uncertainty that's terrifying. That we may cease to exist any more. But we're ever uncertain.
