Faith Of A Doomed Lover
~My 7 part Poem~
Part One: The Blooming of Jasmine
On his way back to the cottage An elegant shape caught his sightHe had never seen such a graceThe full moon was ruling the night
He fell in love at the momentWith that well crafted creationHis sanity left him aloneWith his burning frustration
The dance of her mild wavy hairGesture of her moving limbsGlittering of her blooming eyesBecame his sacred fervent whims
He forgot the path to his houseAnd went after the dancing shapeHe chose the path to endless loveThat no one could ever escape
Part Two: Deep In The Old Forest
He soon realized he has goneAfter a night Elven womanIt was of her magic she wasMore picturesque than any man
Walking furtively for hoursHe found himself lost in the darkIt was deep in the old forestSky was beautifully stark
Suddenly a hand touched his backIt was the Elven dream bearerHe stared upon her naked fleshSuch a magnificence was rare
“You cannot follow me stranger”She told him in a quiet voiceBut he replied to disapproveHis heart left him no other choice
Part Three: Unfavorable Emotions
Should I move and carry mountains?Or should I drain the deep oceans? How can I overcome your heart?Show me a way to your notions
If such a beauty has to leaveMy hapless heart in lonelinessThen I will devote my spiritTo be the servant of Venus
But I will not warship the GodsIf you choose to be my goddessI will never survive the lifeWithout you there is no solace
Why are you so impassionate? For what reason you are so cruel?Tell me if there is any wayTo keep this brilliant jewel
Part Four: Unfathomable Destiny
You are so young, so passionateBut we cannot be togetherI am an Elf you are HumanAnd a human you should rather
Elven Passion is magicalIt can burn your flesh to your deathA single kiss of my lips canParalyze you and take your breath
You can never stand the bondOf divinity and fireForget the path you fantasizedAnd this unholy desire
Praying to Venus may save youAnd your ardent bright spiritFrom me it is death that you willIn your life ever inherit
Part Five: Elven Present
The elf cut a Jasmine flowerFrom her floral shining green hairShe kissed it and gave it to himA rectification so unfair
He told her as she walked awayHe will give the unfair presentTo the goddess of love, VenusWho is a goddess so prudent
He took the glittering flowerTo the temple of God of loveHe started praying for decadesBut he saw no grace from above
One hundred years passed and the manBecame a gray blinded elderBut the ardor was still burningHis heart was a sadness wielder
Part Six: Unforgotten Love
Praying over a centuryThe man started to lose faithHe felt the death drawing nearIt was time to drown in his wraith
He left the temple with despairAnd went deep to the old forestHe wanted to die in that placeThinking of her as the cruelest
He watered the path with his tearsOf unforgotten tragedyHe wished he could at least sufferHer catastrophic remedy
Sun was setting when he arrivedNight had come to take him awayHe sat there with the jasmine budIt was the end of his long way
Part Seven: Grace Of Venus
He was waiting for the death butA spirit appeared so bright“I am Venus, goddess of love”The spirit enlightened the night
“You abandoned me long agoI no longer want to see you”He told her and she responded:“I have not come to argue”
She suddenly transformed into
That Eleven appealing female
Venus and that woman were one
His love was not to no avail
“I have come to take you with meWe will make love beyond your fleshYou are now free of mundane lifeNow with my kiss you can refresh
I was wandering on the earthThe night when you found my presenceI fell in love with your passionYour love is a great brilliance
Venus never kills a loverSo I had to wait till you dieNow that you are free of your bondsForget the jasmine, let us fly”
