bipolar

people always giving me that look,
treating me different like im crazy,
like i just talk gobbledygook,
google what i have, dont be lazy.

actually hang on i'll tell you,
its a mood disorder and out of my hands,
i have emotional ups and downs,
where i'll go from smile to a bog sad frown.

what i have isnt cyclothymia dont know what that is?
here i'll break it down si-klo-thigh-me-uh,
so if you have nothing good to say then just say, uhhh,
but this easy compared to what i have the bipolar biz.

you can notice the mood swings from high to low,
its not my fault if the swings are on show,
bipolar is hard to live with but i want you to know,
i wont bite your head off if you just simply say hello.

even though i will feel fine and great,
happiness to sadness i cant help create,
you any idea how much it would help me if we just talk,
its a treatment and will put a bounce in my walk.

so please stop treating me like an idiot with ease,
like im crazy to go somewhere and shout at the cheese,
im just me but i have bipolar,
so please understand and stop giving me the cold shoulder.
