Father, i dream your journey
Mother, i feel your longing
Sister, i feel your love
Brother, I feel your pain
strong.
persistent.
unconditional.
inevitable.
Blood only hurts when you see it;
running through my veins
Pumps my guilty heart
Forgiveness is an art best left to the experts
a rock preserved through liquid haze
marshmallows burnt on flames
please hand me the labels
place me in your best frames
