Each Day
Do they ever end?
The tears?
Down my face or
into my ears.
Stand up and
face my fears,
of loneliness,
being unloved
and unwanted.
One foot in front
of the other,
Plaster a smile
on my face
and step out into
the world.
The tears?
Down my face or
into my ears.
Stand up and
face my fears,
of loneliness,
being unloved

One foot in front

Plaster a smile
on my face
and step out into
