Homeward bound
One more day to spend now here
No more will I have to fear
No more struggling, no more hate
Going home is in my fate
Home is where the heart does swell
But the stories do I tell?
Or climb upon that plane and go
Never will my good friends know
Four years spent to start new life
Slaughtered with a bludgeoned knife
Heart so broken, spirit torn
My life about to be reborn
Soul destroyed and lessons learnt
Fingers been extremely burnt
Yes tomorrow, home I fly
This place? I won't say goodbye
Healing time inside and out
I will heal...
No more will I have to fear
No more struggling, no more hate
Going home is in my fate

Treat me right
One day soon, he ill meet
This time happy, wont be beat
No more disrespect for me
Happy this time i will be
No more trusting in the fools
No more trapped within four walls
Someone one day i will find
He will be so nice and kind
No more frogs or pigs ill see
No more nastys now for me
I will find my mr right
And this time he will be my knight

Gone
Times have been hard, but im coming back
Ill build up my strength of which i now lack
But please dont forget me, i will be here soon
To write some more poetry under the moon
So to all my followers here on this site
It wont be much longer, i strive with my might

Karma works out
Time is sometimes on our side
Through the toughest of lifes ride
When i thought that all was lost
Most of which was at my cost
Now im glad that you are gone
For, for me you were so wrong
I have met for real, a man
Stand up for me? Oh yes he can
I will now find what i seek
A man of courage, not so weak
My heart will now begin to heal
For love inside, ill start to feel
Goodbye to one who stole my soul
Hello to one , now makes me whole
Thankyou God, you showed me true
The trust i need is held in you.

It was just so dam unfair
Open me to such despair
Out amoungst the evil hate
I was your girl, not just your mate
Lead me to the lion den
Trap me like within a pen
Your real blood? They were not
Ex wifes blood, the whole dam lot
They hated me right from the start
Stuck up for me? No took their part
They pushed me out, you let them do
You made my life so very blue

Was just one year since when we met
Been through so much, wont give up yet
Rocky starts are built to last
Smooth starts sometimes let up fast
We have lived the highs and lows
The strain on us, oh yes it shows
But give up, is not what ill do
Do you know why? Coz i love you
I look into your big brown eyes
It breaks my heart to say goodbyes
Your hand i hold and say "we fit"
That spark we shared, the fires lit

Halo for my hero
God gives out, but just a few
Halos for hero's, meant for you
You give my life, the meaning needed
Within my heart, small seeds are seeded
My love for you, will never end
I say to you, with no pretend
You show me ways, to lead my life
To rid the pain, of tortured strife

Please Lord bless this man i love
Guide him like a gracious dove
Bless his home and those within
Keep from him, melicious sin
Bless his life and bless his health
Help him keep his hard earned wealth

Steer from him, things people say

Look deep within your soul
Once filled with love, now just a hole
Look around at those you care
They hold the key to all your fear
When the time comes, have your say
Best you sit before and pray
Do you really think its right
To let them win so we dont fight
Would they leave the one they love?
Their decision would be tough
Would you say.. I dont approve?

Soft is soft
Having a heart is it really so bad
Being a softie at times makes us sad
Understanding, is really a crime
Talking to people is wasting our time?
Caring and sharing is giving a dam
Wanting to help others stuck in a jam
Being too soft is at times a trial
Walk in my shoes, you wont stretch a mile
Ill be who i am, be it right or wrong
Its my life i walk, the path is so long
But things here to learn are not always easy
Days of the week are not always breezy
But who we are is learning to be
The best we can find far deep within me

No one is perfect, no one can be
Can you throw stones whilst looking at me
Looking at others, do they show true
Make you feel better? making me blue
Never enough, way too much shame
Is it all me? Am i really to blame
Others are better, families too
How sad for all, i gave birth to you
What a sad shame you could have picked out
Your very own family, without a doubt
Maybe were greater, for better, for worse
Having been dumped with me, what a curse
All i have done through my lifetime for you
Of course im not good enough, isnt that true

See the fear
Seeing you standing there
Eyes dull full of fear
From a child full of joys
My daughter outside with my boys
A pretty happy lively girl
Look Mum, while i do a twirl
Always smiling, always free
Now i see just fear in me
I will pray and lean on God
He'll protect with iron rod
For my baby girl in need
He'll remove that harmful seed
Others with addictive traits
Keep far from those wicked mates
Oh my daughter, this i pray
God remove you far away
From the harm of evil doing
Others in your home persuing
