what once was
judged by all, pushed aside and beaten beyound recognision,inside and out,a family she fears she will never have,insted she comes home to a room full of posters and a drunken step father, she walks in, un noticed,and knows.. she has to leave, that night after yet another fight she just gave up,stoped hitting back and just went limp and let him hit her, she let go of her dignity,her pride and wisperd goodby and droped to the floor to crawl away and bleed, he leaves the room and returns to find an empty shell of what once was..her body

I never thought it would come to this
I never thought it could
I never new i had this feeling inside me..
I was full of hate
But you bought out the best in me
You brang things out in me that i never really new i had
I never thought id smile again..
He broke me
I thought i lost all feeling
Apart from hate
But there you were

It all seemed worthless
To walk away..
Just seemed to good
To easy
When it was all just to hard
If i could have made him see what he is..
If only i was there in that time last year
If only i wasent so selfish..
Then mabey i could have been there

And i just threw it away
