POEMS AND SHORT STORIES
Poet Introduction
As we two parted, in silence and tears, half broken hearted, to sever for years... Pale grew thy cheek and cold, colder thy kiss, truly that hour foretold, sorrow to this- Lord Byron
In this mirror
As I look into this mirror,
what is it that i see,
But an empty shell of once was,
looking back at me...
Not the fair haired beauty,
of days so long ago,
but a woman in distress,
whom which I do not know.
Bring back the long red tresses,
that fell upon my breast,
take back the lines, that now frame my eyes,
and these glasses I attest!!!
I want my old figure back,
I don't look good in all this weight!
Give me back my youth I beg,
before it's way too late...
I still see myself inside my sea green eyes,
I am...
what is it that i see,
But an empty shell of once was,
looking back at me...
Not the fair haired beauty,
of days so long ago,
but a woman in distress,
whom which I do not know.
Bring back the long red tresses,
that fell upon my breast,
take back the lines, that now frame my eyes,
and these glasses I attest!!!
I want my old figure back,
I don't look good in all this weight!
Give me back my youth I beg,

A letter to myself
Taking it back,
hurts even more,
than the fight you had,
the night before...
Bitter and angry,
you said things in vein,
today you feel empty,
broken, in pain...
You're missing his laughter,
his hands in your hair,
you would give anything,
if he were still there...
Your tears now burn,
you long to embrace,
that man who once held you,
can not be replaced...
By the now empty bottles,
that lay scattered about,
and the bond that you fed from,
you're now doing without...
You have called without...
hurts even more,
than the fight you had,
the night before...
Bitter and angry,
you said things in vein,
today you feel empty,
broken, in pain...
You're missing his laughter,
his hands in your hair,
you would give anything,
if he were still there...
Your tears now burn,
you long to embrace,
that man who once held you,
can not be replaced...
By the now empty bottles,
that lay scattered about,
and the bond that you fed from,
you're now doing without...
You have called without...
