Stomach to Stomach
You know
It isn't fair
When the timing is off
You meet your soul face to face
And they become exactly what you feared
Try as you will
But no one is the same
No one is attractive
They just want sex
They don't want to learn your body
They dont need to know where it hurts
They dont know what makes it worth it
But sadly it is not you that I miss
It is the feeling you gave me
The skin to skin contact
The kissing and clawing
As if
They would vanish before my palms
...
It isn't fair

I cannot look at myself
And not see you
I gave so much of myself

That I do not even exsist anymore

Weakness beyond us
I cried in my car today
in broad day light
I cried so hard my ribs hurt
So set
So ready
Mind made up
I drove home
sped actually
Breathing hard
Crying
Blurry driving
I unlocked the door to silence.
angry sniffling
A thud to the ground went my stuff
I rushed upstairs
my nails dragging against the walls
held me up
I rummaged
and pillaged
through cabinets
under beds
in corners
up above
...
in broad day light
I cried so hard my ribs hurt

So ready
Mind made up
I drove home

Breathe in
Last year
Was forever ago
Yet the memory is crisp
I was a broken and worthless item
And yet it was all I had to give
With every energy I had
I gave my all to feel your skin, see your smile, hear your laugh, taste your love, and sleep to your scent
This gifts a destructive one
For I devour the things I love
And the light that flew into your eyes as we enjoyed the days together
Could never be as bright as these 18 candles
The ribon I was wrapped in is worn
Broken
Fits like a noose ...
Was forever ago
Yet the memory is crisp
I was a broken and worthless item
And yet it was all I had to give
