after countless prayers

Breathing and meditating

Searching and seeking

The past anger is gone

the only anger in me now is that which
grows in the moment

Not that which is fed by the wounds of yesterday
Or rage that was buried  

The anger is now pure
not polluted

I am free of yesterday

and live now

in the today.
