Nails scrape on a cold wall.
My heels strike the floor announcing I, have arrived
You look so lovely and sweet kneeling before me
I touch your skin, and heat radiates from it
A contrast to my cold touch
I lean over and whisper
“When the sky is pitch, and all light is void.
Then I will be free, and your pleasure will be mine.”

When you're having a super fantastic day
when nothing goes your way
and they look at you as if you're cuckoo
As you yell at them and say Fuck You!
I don't know what to do for you
I give you this and you want that
I can't even pull a rabbit out of this hat
I am absolutely confounded and astounded
that you will assume
that digging up issues laid to rest
from a forgotten tomb
Will give you what you want
What you seek
“Did you read the circular honey?
Eggs are 12.99 this week”
when nothing goes your way

Walking in the soft white
With no direction
All I know is my heart is cold
The air freezes with every exhale
Creating intriguing flakes that drift
What have you done?
Some mistakes cannot be repaired
I gave you a home
Nurtured you

I will walk the path to my end
What can a mother do to show her love?
