I want to stay up and see

Enough stalling do you understand that
You're no fun at all
If you get in the bed we can have a ball

I do feel sleepy

If I didn't what would you have done?
I have several instruments and I would choose one.

Candy Apple Red
I like candy apple red he said
Making me laugh in my head
The funny thing is that he did not understand
What those three words meant, like the people they belong to, can
Candy used to be sixteen
Sweet as sugar
She sparkled and gleamed
Until Bobby showed her what he could do
Now candy is more sour and blue
She tried her best to hide it, you see
He left her in month three
Apple’s real name is Fred
No one ever questioned why
They left it alone and moved on instead
Apple was at the corner one day ...

Today I want to waste it away
In the cold light of the day
Why roll out of bed for office strife
When I could just easily go on strike?
I will make that call
Not well at all!
Such is modern life
I want to laze away the day
Listen to songs that feed the soul
Nothing too hard -
Just something that captures
And takes hold
Coffee sounds good like it should
A full cup I'll be drinking
As you would
Netflix I'll stream while I dream
Imagining now a beautiful scene ...
