I submerge myself to the depths of the bottle
To drown away the broken thoughts and sorrow
To distract myself from all this pain
And to keep me in denial of shame
I inject the courage through my veins
To lift me higher than the clouds and rain
To numb the tingle in my spine
And help me forget you were mine
I gather a rope, a gun and a knife
Pick which one to use tonight
Make it quick so I won't feel a thing
Do it fast so I won't scream

But before you end it for me
Leave me some time with my friends
