hateful feeling, you're in my dreams
sticky wet, I pet myself angrily
fantasies turn to nightmares
when you notice me
my witchcraft seductive, you've caught sight of me

incites my senses to be at alert
pulled taught by desire
my pyre burn inside me
devious deception I would not let it rule
it was conniving making me crave

in the moment
with a vague look at you I concentrate on elsewhere
focusing my energies within
deep I go, deeper still
withdrawing and closing down
my soul can bear no more weight
breathing in long and exhale
letting the heaviness fall
meditating on my happy places
I touch the blue
the grey fades
my world is full of warmth
lilting inside me a song of joy
it carries me through the day
entering my inner sanctuary
finding center again
then I turn my attention back to you
fully aware of my love for you ...
focusing my energies within
deep I go, deeper still

discretion divine in my hallowed halls
sanctuary of heart interpretated
secreting away my soul
lest anyone see how soft I am
my heart alters according to my need
with prayers rising to heaven
grieving inward with despair
silently uttering my cares
please watch over my family
down on my knees I give thanks
grateful for fraility, grateful for sin
the knowledge recieved, is hard born
wisdom immortal, mine
sanctity of feeling within
my sacredness understood
with great care, I observe

but you didn't respond
the hurt was complete I guess you just don't love me
frustrated sin I still crave you

it ache poison
my toxicity not lost on me
pure need and affection felt
but somehow altered by my insecurity

splintered in memory
