How can you just sit there Thinking everythings ok When i am over here crying How could you hurt me like you did I cant believe you I should have know better What was i thinking You stole my words My poem that came from my heart Just to make your self look good How could you Why don't you just rip out the left of my words Then i wil just be a mime and Then i will never use my words again But then i cant be hurt just like you just hurt me The only thing you say is Im sorry Is that supposed to make me feel better All i can think or say is How could you!

Sometimes I feel like i'm drowning in my own tears
just those hurtful things you say and it hurts me.

I was just sitting there,
Listening to music ,
When a wave of pure sadness
Came over me.
There was no warning;
I wish there was
It just appeared out of nowhere.
I began to cry
I tried to swim to dry land
But no luck.
It was like i was dropped in a big ocean of emotions
My heart was rock heavy,
And I cried and cried
I couldn't stop,
With no reasoning to why
I finally just gave up fighting this wave of emotions
And went with the flow of this ocean and all its waves,
Praying the sadness...

Its been burned by the promises

I've sat and took whatever you did

I lie awake most nights
Wishing on things I can’t change.
I try to convince myself,
that you will change like you promised.

It’s just so hard to walk away.

There's a cold dark corner
in the deepest part of my mind,
it speaks to me sometimes and
says come back to me
I'll make you feel better.
As I lie on my bed
in the fetal position,
hoping and wishing.
The feeling of wanting
to go bad will pass quickly
Maybe that one day
I won't think about getting high,
Just to make the memories of us
Go away and I won't feel so
down and blue.
The corner keeps talking
about how good I could feel,
If I let it take over
I say no over and over ...

Hiding all the hurt,
hiding the emotional pain,
Hiding the tears from everyone
Because we fight,
I say I'm fine when
I'm anything but fine.
This ache in my heart
it's hitting the core.
Every fight, another step to the door
soon it will be goodbye and
