Annoy
Sometimes I worry
That I annoy people with
My rapid fire talks and my weird
Questions.
I know I annoy people.
That’s why I stay quiet sometimes,
Knowing if I talk,
Someone will get annoyed.
And I like saying certain words
Over and over again.
What?
They feel good when I say them.
I mean, probably now, whoever’s
Reading this is probably getting annoyed.
Sorry.
I’ll be quiet now.

Of beauty, of grace.
I mean look at me.
My mud brown eyes,
My weight and height.

My scars, the way
I dress.

God, look at me.
I'm disgusting.
I can't even leap.
I'm not skinny, and
I'm way too heavy.
I'm not pretty,
Just look at my muddy eyes.
Compared to everyone else,
I am horrid.
An ugly monster.

We danced, I didn’t think
You knew how.
I barely even noticed,
Because I was staring into
Your eyes.
And then as we were leaning in,
KISS KISS KISS KISS KISS KISS KISS!
We didn’t, and I got nervous.
But that’s fine, I got to dance with
You, your hands on my waist and
Mine on your shoulders.
I love you.
And I’m speechless.
You knew how.

Oh God. I want to kiss you
Again so bad. Like good lord
My lips are still tingling, and
My heart is still singing.
You were so close, it
Felt so nice. Kiss me again,
Better than the first time.
Kiss me again, the next time
We dance. It felt incredible just
Holding your hand.
Kiss me again, look at me
With those brown eyes.
Smile, and hug, and I’ll
Feel fine.

Oh no, I
Almost broke.
Today was centimeters
Away from breaking me,
And then there go two months
Of recovery.
The scars are still there,
Faded, yet there.
Today I wanted to add
More.
But my arms are just
Scarred, and I'm two months
Clean.

Not A Dream Anymore
I can't believe that my
Dream is no longer just a dream,
It's reality.
We kissed, it's in my
Mind, as clear as can be.
I'm honestly surprised,
But I'm happy.
You walked me to the door,
Said goodbye, we hugged,
And then I leaned in and kissed you.
Twice.
I liked it,
A lot.
And you said you did too.
Dream is no longer just a dream,
It's reality.
We kissed, it's in my
