Casual Death
Every evening passes
Without laughter
Nothing fantastic
I melt into the walls
My voice is unheard
Rustling leaves
Overcoat of iron
Drab and rusted
I am a dying flower
Unattended
In a darkroom
Cold and dry
Sin against the Gods
Sin against humanity
In my deepest longings
Solemn, casual sex
I am drinking again
Casual depression
Casual regret
Pinch me awake
I need another cigarette.

A beautiful accident

Content to stagnate alone

The Light Always Burns Out
I do not know my ending
I do not on what day I'll die
I know the light burns out
I know the night calls louder
With each passing hour
I am not burdened by nostalgia
I am not longing to revisit my past
I am not scared of the future
Though I know not what comes next
I am assured someday the light burns out
You can live in fear
I have chosen it as my reassurance
When all life spirials downward.

Evil Within Us All/Spread Like a Plague
Have you any clue whatsoever?
I have a world of doubt
I've snuck into backrooms
To view the acts of darkness
I've been the punching bag
But I too am filled with violence
I could rip each layer of skin off
While locking eyes
Fading from consciousness
Demons are inside us all
Evil
Spread like a plague
We all have our moments
To cower and to beg
We've all been the victim
Turned guilty
And I live with regrets
Spread like a plague
We all have our moments
Where justice seems vague ...

Death and Friendship
Twin eye glisten
Water falling down
Porcelain cheeks
I've been locked inside
Dying the same death for weeks
Lace dragging the floor
From your favorite dress
The one you were going to
Get married in
But now it's a death gown
No one is smiling
You faded away, a needle sticking in
Dead veins, eyes rolled shut
Nothing is redeeming
I am not dreaming
The sky isn't blue anymore
I'm still silently screaming.

Smells Like Decaying Spirit
The room is silent
Yet it is void of peace
It's an anxious hush
A gun is pressed tightly
Against my temple
I can hear the trigger
Creak slowly toward oblivion
I can't tell if I'm holding the gun
Or if it is in the hand of my enemy
Or if in fact, I am my enemy
And both of these are true
The bullet is antsy
The great anticipation
To carry out such an adventure
Into the brain matter and skull
My head will turn inside out
Homicide? Suicide?
Someone will have to...
