I opened up my demented thoughts that you did not comprehend. Strangled myself down into my time, in the back of my mind. We loved, until we no longer could. We were free, when freedom was not free.

I try and claim the world propelled with arrogance. The reigns that shackle the chains around my neck that beheads my voice and puts pain in it. I flirt with the dangerous confinements I’m not aligned with. On top of it all, I excel through loves’ tests, and I fail the assignments. I am nothing if not a character with a mind hand made for greatness in areas I never wanted. I look at you and I see restraints. I try to move close, and then I feel chains. Strained around my ankles, and bound by each finger. The smell of your touch still lingers when I move. I demean your truth for a better one...

I’m a classic. The only one of my kind, and with that I take advantage of all the things that everyone else decides to take for granted. Like the seventies I am a classic in the things that I say, and me as a person. I calculate your worth, because you are worth it. For the sole purpose of the sake to say that together we spun as one, like a record. Classics. I fell into your heart as you adopted my soul. I felt my heart slipping into layers of you. Into my skin into nothing, I felt myself drowning. No longer was I floating I could feel, because I was not smiling.
