Silence the violence that rages inside of me
Barely surviving by lashing out violently
Erase this virus invading my body
There's no immunity from mental mutiny
Ever since the war was over
Post-traumatic stress disorder
Has desecrated my hopes
Eradicated my dreams
And violated my mind with memories
Faceless...
Shadows hide within
They try to retake control
But I'll never ever submit to them again
Madness...
Is slowly closing in
Sometimes it feels
Like something else is living

But there is always light,

There are always rays of hope,
but without focus and effort,
they are just that...hope.

Is the practice of daily focus,
proper intention and action,
Which manifests into realization.
Then, what you have created is a process that develops a DEEP faith in your own skills and the higher methods of...
