no rhymes just HARMONY
It is as if You have transformed me Lord
You have given me knew life
Through prayers and personal sacrifice
I give my soul to You
I want to have so much more of You
in every breath I take
I want to absorb Your word like bread
Your truth and wisdom in my blood
How would I continue? if You, I could not see
Where would I look,?
How would I feel?
What kind of state of mind?
It is with this Joy and connection
I feel a need to share
that You and Your divine nature
are at the core of my very essence

You have given me knew life

Common Ground
Where is the common ground I say
How can we always be this way
You see your side I see mine
That way we will argue All the time
The media, they love to keep this strife
They like it as a way of life
They make us feel , it’s them or us
Do not agree, do not discuss
They sell their time for lots of dollars
With talking heads, that they call scholars
Make sure to keep the public mad
They will not know...

Thankfulness
I take some time if I'm feeling down
To raise my eyes and look around
The world can be such a messy place
I can't imagine it without Gods grace
I have so much, I need nothing more
Than His grace and glory, from Him they pour
I did not earn it, that's for sure
His love He gives, it is oh so pure
Some times I stumble, He picks me up
I eat the bread and drink from the cup
I thank the Lord for all my blessings
and for forgiving me, of all my messings
Still I say my prayers of thanks to You

Joy comes with a price
I am suppose to be a witness for the Glory of God
yet who am I, but a mere sinner in the flesh
Thank you for saving me, I could never do it myself
I have so much to be thankful for and yet my life (1 Thes. 5:18)
upon looking back, could be anything but exemplary
I pray for the words of your divinity and love (Jesus)
to stay close to my lips
so I could share them with anyone, anytime, anywhere
still I quake and shiver when it comes time to deliver
I have never experienced more joy, then when I have done it
Why then, do I not do it...

As I ponder so much, and sit here to write
I wonder, how in the world, do I share Gods will and His light, (Mark 16:15)
If I stop, and should listen, to His blessed Holy Spirit
I will feel His love, as I write humbly, this lyric (James 1:19)
For his divine work and His word, are already written (Rev. 22:18-19)
So thankful for scriptures, of Jesus's life that we're given ( John 3:16)
The word feeds and will nourish, all who partake (Deuteronomy 8:3)

C rown of thorns, no, actually Gods Glory

Mercy
God your mercy poured out on us
yet we are not worthy
you wash our feet and cleanse us ( 1 john 13:5 )
through your son, our Lord Jesus
you cleanse us of our sin ( 1 John 1:17)
Such a celebration to serve a loving God
that should be enough to keep me humble
Still, I bow down and pray for your mercy
for myself, family and even thine enemies
who of us walks with no sin? ( 1 John 1:8 - 2 Corinthians 5:21)
I for one will try to judge none but myself (Mathew 7:1)
according to your will
I must must learn to love more
not just to some...

Why the hate on prayers?
Folded hands, intertwined fingers
my appeal to God I trust
The love I send in all my thoughts
is met with their disgust
Now, I know for some, it may seem trite
to ask for strength and healing
Yet to me and mine, it just seems right
these things we ask while kneeling
At very least, the love on my heart
is meant with the spirit of affection
yet some say now, it is not enough
and met with diverse objection
With so much evil all around
the last thing on our mind
Is the enemy would like us not to...

Wheat from the chaff
Through all the turmoil and feigned controversy
Lord I'm so thankful for all of your mercy
Fake news and confusion, the enemy wants like the norm
Your truth like a beacon in every storm
