BLONDE, HAVE FUN!
(Inspired by title of Rod Stewart record, Blondes Have More Fun.)
So, single life has re-begun?
Come to me, blonde, and have some fun.
Let down your hair, untie that bun.
You have still got some looks to stun,
You weren’t made to live like a nun!
Life’s too short, how about it, hun?
The sky is blue, out’s come the sun,
The woes of this world let us shun.
Together to the beach let’s run
(Or to the sleepy hills round Clun*).
I’m letting off the starting gun,
Let’s not stop till the day is done.

TOY BOY LOVER
My life has been ‘surprised by joy’
Since the day I met my toy boy.
I was a long-discarded wife
When he came, fresh, into my life.
He asked me at a singles dance,
Sparking off my autumn romance.
A feeling grew up deep inside,
Not known since I became a bride.
His skin and other attributes
Bear witness to some Latin roots,
But no age or racial gap
Disturb me and my nice chap.
He keeps himself so lean and fit,
I like him without half his kit.
Reminds me of Al Pacino,
My own youth's heart throb...

IMAGINATIVE BARD
If you are an imaginative bard,
With a girl you won't have to try too hard
To worm your way into her affections
With verses of the sweetest confections
That frankly yet so tenderly reveal
What and how much you really feel
About her beauty, outside and within;
How much she means to you under your skin.
With a girl you won't have to try too hard
To worm your way into her affections
With verses of the sweetest confections
That frankly yet so tenderly reveal

About her beauty, outside and within;

"Men seldom make passes..."
(With apologies to Dorothy Parker - this was a poem built on her famous lines.)
“Men seldom make passes
At girls who wear glasses” –
But my girl enjoys sex
In nothing but her specs!
She’s my ideal cutie,
Of brains mixed with beauty,
The best body and mind
Held by womankind.
She’s a studious lass
Who likes the long grass,
Her schoolmistressy bun
She can let down in fun.

PLACE FOR LITERARY ASSIGNATIONS
(Dedicated to DUP Erotic Poems section. I liken each poem to a room in a hotel.)
Best place, I think,
In pen and ink
Couples can slink
(Nudge-nudge, wink-wink!)
Strip to the pink,
Indulge a kink
(Bondage chains clink),
Bodily link,
Of lust deep drink
Until they sink
To sleep a wink.
(Erections shrink.)

I REMEMBER (SEPTEMBER)
I remember
How your member
Stirred an ember
That September.
A warm glow shone.
We ‘got it on’,
One upon one,
We jumped upon.
I invited;
We, benighted
And excited,
Got united.
Behind closed doors,
Upon all fours,
Without a pause
You pressed your cause.
Did the earth move,
And your love prove,
With words that soothe,
Within my groove.
So, satisfied
By you inside,
I got astride
To claim my ride.
O, what a night
Of great delight!
We held so tight
In turned-off...

PHOTOSESSION
(Inspired by the picture, accompanying Vivid's poem "Teddy Bears", of a nude woman on a bed posed with a Smartphone. Laced with photographic terms.)
Outside view was panoramic,
Our chemistry was dynamic;
On each other we had the hots,
Thoughts turned to taking saucy shots.
A decision made in a snap,
Between a stunner and her chap;
My girl agreed, before we screwed,
To take some pictures in the nude.
(It is my pleasure and delight
That she looks good in any light.
Every button she does press,

PICTURE ON THE WALL
Yours is the fair picture on the cell wall,
The smile of the girl who has seen my all.
You’ll find no pin-ups from The Sun’s page three
If my cell were open for you to see.
When I think of times we’ve had together
A tingle comes over my regions nether.
It’s as if your spirit is filling my groin –
But your body is not here for me to join.
It would take away much of the agony
If I could be sure you’re faithful to me.
“Girls get itchy knickers”, they say Inside;
I’m afraid you’ll end up another man’s bride.
When the judge sent me down to this HMP*...

LE SOMMEIL 2 (another poem inspired by painting)
(A fanciful - not historic - account of how the Courbet painting may have come about.....)
His favourite blonde and favourite brunette
lay in a content pose he could not forget.
He thought he’d just be one-on-one with the blonde;
he’d seen both on the go, but not known their bond.
He was in a triangle like no other
he’d known in his career as a lover.
His two best-loved beauties, lain together nude,
formed a scene on which he felt could not intrude.
He’d stay long just enough to savour that sight, ...

Poem inspired by "Le Sommeil" (The Sleepers)
(Inspired by Gustave Courbet’s painting Les Sommeil (The Sleepers), (1866) depicting two naked young women sleeping together on a bed. The same painting illustrates Lerdgoin's poem The Models.)
She and I went back a long way;
I met her ere my wedding day
(Marriage was ‘arranged’ anyway
And I could not live on my pay).
Too strong to own any man’s sway,
She’d nerves of steel (my feet were clay).
A love whose name I dared not say
Began to eat my heart away.
When husband died, she asked to stay,
I was lonely, I said...

FLEE TEMPTATION
(Inspired by the Biblical warnings to young men against being led astray by immoral women – the “adulteress” - in Proverbs Chapters 5 to 7.)
“You stay tonight with me in bed,
I’d get you up at dawn”, she said,
In terms carnally intended.
“When I wake first, I’ll give you head.
I like a pencil with good lead
On one, I think, looks good naked!”
She knowingly smiled: he went red
At the way his lust was being fed
And thoughts of the two with clothes shed.
In the opposite way he fled,
Would-be adulteress thwarted
In favour of girl...
