Savior
No flames ablaze, no cruelty nor shame
No Minos upon a throne, nor screeches of pain
A ray of white light, as an angelic voice speaks
"Welcome to eternal rest with purity and peace"
A divine entrance of pearls, a road that gleams brighter than a sun
The magnificent kingdom of where the great one's creation begun
The world below is of sin, us all born in her filth
Desperate and hungry for lust, our dark passions fulfilled
Every soul a puppet to a hellion, oh how he shadowed over me
He scorched me with fire and drowned me in the sea...

Birth of a Legend
A set of colors I have seen
Two complimenting colors
Red and Green
I witness them together but once a year
Telling me Christmas season is almost here.
Hanging sparkling glass bulbs on our Christmas tree
Thoughts of laughter, joyful noise, and glee.
I peer out the fogged window to see
snow fall
Snow angels, sledding, the snowball fights
The little children have a ball
The warmth to hang a stocking above a cozy fire place
Smiles unfolding on everyone's face
But with all that the seasons bring
And all the beautiful...

To Love the Loveless
The time will arise
For love and lust to intertwine
Their eyes grip the spirit
And possess for a time
They're gone within a flash
Envy creeps into the mind
Allowing the first love to fly away
The internal love leaving you blind
The first is never forgotten
A memory kept in the soul
While time will always change
The heart is left with a gaping hole
In a damp darkness
Others lighten the dreary path
Awakening the dead inside
And diminishing the wrath
And when your hope was short
You were lifted to...

The Lust of the World
Beautiful and gleaming as an angel
She kissed my purity farewell
A demon disguised in flawless white
For Her beauty I could not fight
Crawling helpless through Her desert
This is how my spirit converts
Drowning in Her deep ocean
Crumbling all my innocent devotion
She introduced me to Her heavenly high
I felt as if I would never die
My aching body had never felt so alive
Her love made me feel so deprived
Reality melted with Her potion
As Her game, She declared my every motion
My mind was surely sickening
I felt the pain...

Shattered fate
The brightness of a light reflecting off white walls stung my eyes as I awoke from a darkness. "Where am I?" Peering aimlessly about an unfamiliar blank room. I was completely naked underneath a hospital gown, draping over my body as a curtain. But why on earth was I clearly a patient in a hospital?
I closed my eyes tightly, pressuring myself to remember what may have possibly occurred the previous night. An unconscious mind lingered as it whispered to me, "Something happened, something bad." Something bad? How awful could bad realistically be? If I was awake...

A Sinner's Cry
Captured by the claws of a sinful love
Dropped to my knees, questioning The Almighty why
Is this your punishment as my heart breaks?
Is it humorous to make me cry?
Do you dare call me a sinner as I lay broken?
Do I disgust you as tears drip from my eyes?
I lust for the sin of breaking your rules
Defying when I bite the hand I'm fed by
Disguising myself because I weaken your eyes
Will you pity me because I am shy?
Does it sicken you when I loath the life You gave me?

Broken Angel
Not just a pretty little girl
At least so young and forever free
Many troubles suffocate her
Her consistent cries sicken me
Not just a magnificent soul
The night rests at the heels of her feet
Her deceiving smile hides a tragedy
With muttered words so discreet
Not just a beautiful spirit
Cobwebs make a home on her heart
Her cold tears burn as fire
So desperate for a foreign start
Not just a beaten, hopeless dreamer
Face pale and fragile as a snowflake
She drifts away with the frigid wind
Testing how much more her...

Unfaithful
His chilled breath floods my air until I choke
Intoxicating me with his sweet smoke
Tempting tastes of sugars drip from my lips
Having him mesmerized, drunk on my kiss
Wrapped up in silk ribbons of my grace
Haunted nightly by my ghostly face
Dancing clumsily around my feet
I wish he wasn't so distant from my reach
Once a sapphire sky flooding the moon
The sunrise crept up so soon
Twinkling as a falling star
I'll demand his wishes from afar.
A wish blown from a dandelion
More precious and desired than a diamond
Ravens and...
