Life will not end this way
Trapped.
Trapped in an overcrowded sea of thoughts.
Thoughts that make me feel claustrophobic.
Claustrophobic anxiety.
Anxiety that stems from walking on eggshells around you.
You are completely in control of my life.
Life isn’t suppose to be like this.
This is my last chance to escape.
Escape to the independent life that I deserve.
Deserve to not be trapped.
Trapped.
Trapped in an overcrowded sea of thoughts.
Thoughts that make me feel claustrophobic.

For the first time in my life,
I am actually afraid to die.
I’ve gone from laying in bed everyday for
the last two months.
Now, a hospital.
Cold. Overcrowded.
Frightened and ashamed.
Ashamed is the odd feeling.
I avoid making eye contact, so that
Nobody knows how sick I actually am.
My legs are starting to become paralyzed.
For being only 27, this is a very hard thing to

I had a near death experience that has
