Gone In A Moments Split
Wind howling outside the window,
Trees creaking in disdain,
A tiny flashlight creating an escape from the dark,
Am I blind or am I dreaming,
The light in the darkness can't be real,
It's never been there before,
And I feel something never felt,
The darkness moving from my heart.
But with a pop the light goes out,
How stupid I was to have any hope,
Heart of darkness forever cloaked,
I tried for real, I truly did,
But it disapeared again,
Forget this, I'd rather have no hope,
Then have even the slightest bit,
That goes away in a...

Idiotic Murderer
You idiot see what you've done,
Killed these kids,
Merciless bloodshed,
If I got my hands on you,
I'd kill you in an instant,
Don't think me a hypocrite,
What you've done is much worse.
Weasel, your community loved you,
A brilliant forensic scientist,
The sweet senior guy,
Maybe if you didn't kill,
You'd get somewhere in life,
Now you ended up in prison,
Murderer, you deserve worse,
And this is coming from a bad girl's lips.

Only Truth
I'm a stupid failure of a child,
A lier and the worst of kind,
I double cross and pretend,
I'm mean and rude to all those "friends",
I need to shut up and leave people alone,
I need to die to give peace to everyone,
Including myself.
If I had a knife I'd use it,
I have no drug, so screw it,
I write poetry to kill myself,
My poems are my drug,
My freedom and depression,
My stupidity my evil possesions,
The one and only pieces of truth about me.
A lier and the worst of kind,
I double cross and pretend,
I'm mean and rude to all those "friends",

Your eyes are wide and periwinkle blue,
Your curls are golden ringlets,
That blossom gently around your round face,
Soft pink petal lips form a happy smile,
Brightening up all the surroundings,

Poor Little Baby
Poor little baby are you afraid of the dark?
Let me sing you a lullaby,
The monster in your closet wants to eat your eyes,
The shadow in the corner is plotting it's demise,
The phantom of the dreams filled your dream catcher with lies,

Daughter You Always Wanted
It's all your fault and you both know it,
You keep me trapped in a little girl's body,
Too blind to see through my innocent eyes,
The lies hid behind my back are bloody,
And maybe if you let me live my life alone,
Stop prying about things not your own,
Maybe if you didn't force me to keep secrets,
I would be the daughter you always wanted.
I'm not good enough and I see it in your eyes,
I do everything you want but still I'm not good enough,

The Way We Are
A flower your heart lies,
But vines corrupt the rest,
Sweet and smiling you play along,
Choking and dying you sigh inside,
Wishing for your flower to die,
Waiting for something happy,
To pass you by.
Watching such a thing is torture,
Worse is knowing there's no way to help,
Feeling responsible for your mistakes,
I try to help but am in vain,
You are the way you are,
I'm the way I am,
And there is no way we can change.

Butterfly
Whispers of her velvet wings,
So fragile and so thin,
But see her reach the sky,
Without ever falling once,
Flitting up into the clouds,
Not one doubt or thought,
Of falling to the ground below.
Free and wild she soars away,
She'll come back another day,
Perhaps on a warm summer eve,
When the sky is clear,
You'll see her orange wings,
Contrasting against the soft blue sky,
And back again flits the butterfly.

Freedom
A trapped bird staring,
Paradise just outside the bars,
This self consuming life,
Open the door and let me fly,
See the world and explore it alone,
I don't want another hand,
Pulling on my feathers of flight,
I need the sky to be my own,
Let me shape this life of clay,
And let it be me do it my way.
A twisted tree warped,
Lichen covered and mushroomed,
I am an ugly tree in a filling forest,

I, the tamer if Ice's chill
I, whom frightens Sun's rays,
And blow away Summer's grace,
With my frosted crystal days,
Cold and frost bitten, my Winter stays,

Sadness
The sadness is the only thing I fear,
Every tear is a drop of hate,
Or maybe a bit of love misplaced,
I wish that memories would go away,
All the sadness, all the pain,
These dark days so full of rain.
I hide my tears beneath my hand,
Go in the shadows to be alone,
Withdraw from the world,
As if I'm a ghost,
Hope it will pass quickly,
So I can go back the emotionless mask.
Every tear is a drop of hate,
