Thoughts of mind
Because of my past
I know where you belong.
It's only for my weakness
that I had now become so strong.
I lost my voice too many times
the one that tells me how I
shine.
Sometime after
I had broken from your spell.
I start to see my happiness
I missed so very well.
I opened up my eyes one night
alert to walls that held me tight.
Lies that kept me weak inside
the ones that made me hide my pride.
I took the wish I held so tight ...

Listen to your Spirit
Surrender had me drowning
from the flesh that I was in
So I hit my knees and prayed to God
And that's where we begin.
We now can be connected
as we were sometime ago
The time when we pushed
others out To reap
the peace He stow.
Props to God for working
all hours through the night
If we are to fight this battle
he must be insight.
The path was laid out simple
with protection all around
Our ego always plotting
How to lock us in the ground.
Abundant was our blessings ...

From the moment
I saw you
drive through the lot
so many feelings
more than I thought.
You walked up the stairs .
and I open the door
We rekindled the love
that we had from before.
When you sat down
beside me
your arm grazed by mine
the feel of your skin
made me go blind.
As I took a deep breath
all I could smell
was the sweet lotion
my lips know so well.
As you lean in closer
my heart
started to pound
then you touched my leg

The Puppet Master
When I signed
The application
No idea of
THE JOB
I didn't feel
the strings attach
nor the latches from
THE SOD.
It took too long to notice
what I had become
stuck inside a wooden box
that only made
ME NUMB.
I thought about
the words I used
to capture all of my skills.
not knowing this
would mean a place
for you to catch
YOUR THRILLS.
For now I see
they were so cheap
they only give me chills
Turning to a monster
had been one of ...

Dust to Rust
I bust my ass to feed you
and pay for all these bills
All I get is backlash
for interruption of your thrills
I ask for contribution
lighter then the air
Still, you fight against me
As if I'm not even there
I have to teach you lessons
to prepare you for this life
your choice to disconnect me
Has only caused you strife
At this rate you will not make it
For the life you live is slack
Please know that your decision
is one you can't take back
NPC is how you see me ...

Choices
What I thought about
was madness
as it grew
inside my heart
I knew I had no option
but to plan for my depart.
The shadows of our future
have now become a blur
the choice you made forever
Has hit me like a slur.
This left my life in sorrow
when I realized how it felt
to live a life of loneliness
for that's the cards I'm dealt.
As I think about my future
I cannot see you there
for the choice you made
was final

I'm so fucking hurt
by the way that things went down.
If only you can understand
how much I need you now.
You told me that you'd be there

but now I have to live my life
without my bestest friend.

new chapters in my life
