POEMS AND SHORT STORIES
Poet Introduction
I have been writing for years, I have been published in a local paper a few times. My poems are meaningful, emotional and sometimes I might just have some fun with comedy or horror.
All the World
How the world sees me, should I see myself the same?
They look at me and see a stupid kid, a bad guy, lazy,
they don't even know the monster that I am.
They don't know what evil lies inside my head.
The heart that resides inside me, it cares too much,
too much to do any evil against any living being.
My head still loves the evil.
Yet love stops me.
Love is the cure, the cure to all.
All the world needs is love,
Love can save us.
But no,...

The Clock
I watch the clock, the numbers ticking down.
The numbers they tick, tick with no sound.
I watch and I wait, wait for it to happen.
When will it happen, I wonder silently.
The numbers coming down, I grow impatient.
"When will it happen?!"
Ten, nine, eight, seven!
I grow ever impatient now.
My blood runs cold!
Six,five, four,
three, two, one!
I watch the door open silently,
I listen for a sound, any sound.
The knife he carries, too large for the...

True Justice
I sit, staring into the black hearts of humankind.
My heart bleeding, nearly dead, along with my active mind.
Why is it I care, I do not know, it is who I am now.
I am just a kid, at 21, one wanting to end it now.
But let me tell you who I am.
Secrets so black, but easy to look past.
The children of the world I seek to protect, protect from the world.
The world so heartless, so uncaring.
They put needles into a child's ears, they put sexual things,
sexual things right into a child's view!
Even worse, they don't...

The Poet
I
Cry.
Hurting
Asking why!
The trees die,
I ask, why not I?
Death so wonderful.
Long life but a scare,
To poetry I turn always,
crying away all the tears.
Blackness in my heart, it is
ever becoming with every date.
The funny poet hides the pain.
The dark poet shows the pain,
Skill now coming from pain.
This is how I see...
Cry.

Gone
They break me down, tear me in two, choke me till I turn blue;
They never care, they never care that I hurt.
I contemplate suicide, how I will do it I already know.
They don't care about my pain, why does she not care?
Seen me naked she has, she knows my wants and needs,
How does she not care that I hurt?
The problem she says is not the problem she means.
That is all I know. Love is done in my life.
They tell me I am young, that I have time. How wrong they are.
They have not lost true love more than once.

My Realm
Into the realm of loneliness I have come,
am I ever to leave this dark place?
Am I able to slip into the better realm,
the realm of friends?
Is this forever my home, a place of deceit?
Tired of the lies I am,
yet I never told even one.
Stressed and without help, it is my life.
My cold,dark and lonely life.
Many can give but they choose to take.
Many can love but they choose to hate.
Many can tell the truth,
they don't seem to know this.
Those whom hate aren't alone, I am.
Racism, bad, yet...

Little One
The fish swimming, the deer feasting;
the trees, the land peaceful, quiet.
Yet a disturbance is inevitable.
Who dares disturb the peace?
A deer, a mother of a little one,
she eats with her young.
The winter is coming, a hard time,
Yet a shot is heard and she is down.
The little one, a small one, sadness is felt,
Sadness, severe. Scared, the horror, all felt,
Many feelings, all at once.
The end of his mother's life.
It has come, come time to live alone.
He runs, the hunter watches him run.

Power
The power of the mind declining, men ever reclining;
We are losing our intelligence, losing great designing.
Our bodies working less, they are losing their binding;
This is the great work of the so called "miracles."
Diving deeper into the mind they believe they are.
Really, then" Why are we dumber, they are off by far.
Under these, under these miracles, we are barred.
Game over, my friends.
Study, my friends, the power of what we do;
study what you think you know, what, study who.
Study my words, study...

Song
The ticking clock, I hear it tick.
I take a seat, I hear my heart as I sit,
my thumping heart beating away,
I listen as I wait.
The chirping of the birds, chirping away,
in a sing song voice, speaking away,
I myself wish for a voice;
a voice which sings like the birds.
The clock ticks, my foot kicks the floor,
My breath, mostly noiseless,
it moves with the ticking of the clock,
the clock ticks as I wait.
I wish for a voice, a singing voice,
I dream to sing a song, to have a voice,
s oon my lips...

Love of All
The long, flowing hair, hold it in my hands.
I look into her eyes, those dreaming eyes,
I hold her close to me, hold her so close,
The passionate kiss coming, yet no,
I pass on the kiss with all my power,
Only to tease her, she knows what I am doing;
She knows where my hand is going, she smiles.
Later we sit, she sits on my lap, we hug,
This is the way I want to live, love,
the travels we go on, seeing the world,
seeing the animals, the trees, the world.
All in all, without her I would be nothing.
I look into her eyes, those dreaming eyes,
I hold her close to me, hold her so close,
The passionate kiss coming, yet no,

The Man inside
Nowhere to turn, nowhere to run.
Feeling so a lone on this night.
I do not know, don't want to fight.
All I ever wanted was to be cared for.
All I have loved I lost, all gone.
All I have ever wanted, out of reach.
It is morals I want to, the world, teach.
It is love I ever wanted, friends and a wife.
I am so surrounded, yet I am alone.
I have a lover, yet I miss time long gone.
I have a place to live, still feel homeless.
The tears dry along my face, I am the man nameless.
Friends, they continue to turn against me.
Friends,...

Walk of Trial
I loved few, yet I loved many.
Given my heart, taken back.
I cried, I regretted choices.
Girls I held, girls I let go.
I cried and I cried for many.
I could not let go. Pain.
The pain hard to hide.
A girl came, hard to let go.
Her hatred hurt.
She did not even care,
I nearly died, she loved it.
Moving on was hard even still.
The girl after...
