Deep Down.
Deep down,
far below,
my back against the lowest point,
among the bones of those who’d gone before.
Eyes are open,
may as well be closed,
the faintest glimpse of daylight far above from which I fall,
the crushing weight of the empty air confines me to the pit.
The need to reach out my arms,
Withheld by the lack of empathy vacated from my soul.
Invisible opponent whom I know to be myself.
Born into a never ending battle where the blood is spilt within,

How to Kiss a Thunderstorm.
A storm is like a woman,
Those not worthy run and hide.
The one who dares to be up close,
May see through her disguise.
Lightning strikes the ground but once,
It flows throughout her form.
A gentle touch will show him,
How to kiss a thunder storm.
The rain is like her tears,
When they fall from darkened skies,
Those tears will turn to diamonds,
When he looks into her eyes.

I stand alone and watch,
The great terror from the sky’s
Descending from the heavens,
Tomorrow now denied.
I breathe my final breath,
As the ocean rises high.
With open arms I welcome,
The time has come to die.
I leave the world behind,
I glide toward the light.
The oracle of love,
My sins now out of sight.
The Reaper takes my hand,
Guiding me away.
The chaos left behind,
With wings I fly away.

Willingly surrendered no resistance did I give,
to this god forsaken creature, I am hopeless to resist.
