Birthdays...
It's almost my birthday
Just a few hours away
And I can't help but to feel proud
Cause I let myself live another day
But doing so
I don't know about tomorrow
Because birthdays suck
And it fills me with sorrow
They just celebrate
That you're still here
Telling everyone "Hey, I'm not dead
So give me a cheer."
But it's not like you feel different
Knowing you're another year older
If anything
It just makes you feel colder
So I don't know the big deal
About birthdays and such
They seem pretty...

Scary Mary
I pass many creatures
With different sorts of masks
And I closely watch their features
Like it is one of my tasks
When I came here hours ago
I thought it would be fine
That all would normally flow
Like two distant vines
But after walking in
This little circus town
I realize my imagination will win
Because I see all but a clown
I don't remember why I came
I don't even remember how
I just heard the sound of my name
But all is too silent now...
I try to find someone decent
So I can ask them...

Drag me away
To my secret fairyland
Where my smile is displayed
And people come in many brands
I don't want to wait any longer
For that day to come
Where we can feel a little stronger
Following the beat of the drum
I am tired of this life
And everything thing about it
So why not make a new strife
And leave the old ones for quits
I'm just asking

You smile without your eyes
As fake as a desguise
But it still draws me near
When I'm not facing my fears
Your words say one thing
But your heart's like a string
It will work for a while
But breaks with a smile

Wicked or Right?
I never thought
This day would come
But of course it has
So I better not run
See, today is
A once in a lifetime chance
To seperate my bads
With my goods in advance
I dont underdstand
How I can be like this with you
I can open myself up
Without worrying I'll fall through
See, I did not worry
When my mother said
"We may be moving back
To your world of dread"
Only because you were on my mind
And I cannot feel sad then
I can only think happy thoughts
Because you are in my head again
This day would come
But of course it has
So I better not run

Respect
Respect is a lesson
That everyone should learn
It needs to be something
That is given in return
Respect is not something
That you can buy
Yes, it is free
But it isn't always applied
And of course I wish
That I could change it all
But I know it won't change
No matter the laws
So I try to avoid
Those without respect
Because knowing you're not appreciated
Is worse when you actually expect it

Never Again
If I made a list
Of everything I despise
People would hate me
So that wouldn’t be wise
If I just told myself
About everything I hate
Overloading my mind with depression
Would be my fate
If I wrote on a napkin
Of everything that brings tears
I know my hand would break off
Because it would take many years
And if I were to just scream
Everything on my mind
I know people wouldn’t like it
And that isn’t very kind
So if it’s okay
I’d like to keep it to myself
I’ve made too many mistakes ...

Your Little Game
You always play the world
Like it's a game
Knowing you are loved
And are never shamed
But I just wanted to say
That someday you will awake
And realized that all of your play
Came with a price you can't shake
At some point
Everyone will turn
They will no longer love you
Because a lesson they will learn
"Don't play with the player
Who thinks they have it all
Because when it gets to the bottom
They're game will soon fall
Don't even play the game
Not just for a bit
Because if it falls

I remember long ago
When I first saw your face
She introduced you as Bo
But I thought of it as fate
It was three years from now
To be exact
When I fell in love somehow
With someone cracked
Then for no reason
I comepletely ignorned you
And season after season
You faded out of the blue
Until one day
You were completely forgotten
Like a bullet astray
Shot from someone rotten
Seven chapters later
Coming from my life
You found something greater
Than a completed strife
You found me astray...
When I first saw your face

I just wanted to say...
When I think of you
I have a smile on my face
And in my heart too
Is where it is placed
It's true I haven't known you a while
But as of right now, I know
You make me smile
And make my heart brightly glow
This doesn't happen often
Well, to me, that is
Just every now and then
When my heart is newly polished
So now I just want the word out
And to let you know
That I have no doubt
In where my heart's about to go

You have silenced my heart
Finally, the job is done
Now it is a work of art
But notice, I don't want you to run
I don't want you to leave me
And my newly repaired heart
Because without you, I cannot see
And I cannot play it smart
My heart has been ripped out before
But you fixed it right back
It's like you can always restore

You are my bestfriend
And you get me through the day
So if you ever need me to lend

Obvious Anger
Anger is not just a word
It's a certain feeling you get
And no matter what you do
It always comes back with a threat
Anger is also something
That drives people mad
But it really depends on who you are
After all, I got mine from my dad
Who did you get yours from?
I can see it in your eyes
You can't always fool me little girl
