My thoughts won't stop, my mind wont quit
I don't know how much longer I can handle this

I need these numberless thoughts to throw on the brakes,
Form a single line, take a number and wait to be called

I often think to myself I don't want the world to break me
Or for unforeseen occurrences to shape me into something I don't wanna be

I want my own identity
I want to hear your proud of me

I set goals but at times they feel so unrealistic
I just won't let myself become another statistic

Obstacles that my optical can't see always...

There is always a battle being fought out inside me everyday

The war between my Angel and the Devil

Which one will win today?

It's a constant struggle to keep my Angel high and soaring, blocking all the hate and negativity

That devil though is slick, you gotta watch out for him

He finds his way into your mind, into your everyday life

He's good, he will peak through without you even knowing.

Make you doubt yourself,... "Am I pretty enough?" "Am I everything he wants?" "How could anyone love me and only...

This is all I can do to stay alive in this moment
I can hear my heartbeat beating on my eardrums
I just felt all the blood run out of body
I’m standing there drained, mouth open crying out silent screams.
My faith in God is slowly slipping away
“Why God??  Why her?? How can you plan to take her away from me, my family, anybody lucky enough to know her so soon??  There can’t be a God if he is making her suffer like this. Why her??”
Tears fall, my heart has stopped, I go down to my knees and close my eyes so tight...
