Go away
Leave me alone
I don't have what you're looking for
I left it at home
Try to think for yourself
My brain is tired
I need some help
I'm not your jester
To be called
When you need a laugh
Keep your pennies
I don't want your cash
All alone
Locked in my mind
Is the best place
For me to survive

Antisocial
Surrounded by friends
I shouldn't feel
So isolated from them
No, I don't have much to say
Does anyone really care anyway
Why should I try to pretend
That I want to be here with them
When I'd much rather be alone
No, I'm not mad at you
I'm just feeling sad and confused
And there's really no reason why
I'll just sit and stare
Watch all the empty emotions they share
And pretend that I care
It just seems pointless and trite
To spend this part of my life
With others who really

Well I saw you walking this way
A ghostly Spectre
With an angel face
You saw me in a horrid state
A fallen soldier
Who needed saved
But you can't save
What doesn't want to be saved
It's a fine line
Nothing you can do to change my mind
I'm feeling low and want to be high
Well I can't be

Actions speak louder than words
I'm a go getter
With no time to be bitter
I act first and ask questions later
And to others needs
I've never been known to cater
Naysayers beware if you
Think I'm gonna care

And whatever you say goes

You are the prey
The setting sun's aura
Casts vivid paintings across the sky
I long to breathe in it's brilliance
My sick heart eats away
From the inside out
My obsession will destroy me
She loves to weave her web
Ensnared, I struggle to get free
Here she comes....
To devour from the inside out
Twisted lust
I'm being sucked into
Her tangled web
Silence...
Stillness...
Tension builds...
Stop, stay away
Help, I've become the prey!

Self made prison
I once roamed free
Without any cares
No limits restrained
A soul so fair
I saw beauty in all
That fancied my view
Was loved by everyone
Who crossed my path too
But as I grew older
My fun turned to habit
I burned myself out from
Chasing the rabbit
So now I lived bound
By chains in a cell
Anguished by guilt
In my own living Hell
But this prison you see
Was unlike any other
It fractured my mind
I retreated further and further
The road that I face
Is long but not...
Without any cares

The Devil's Kingdom
A dream cast a long shadow
Against the old man's eyes
Young again
Running, laughing
Splashing by the brook
With a beautiful girl
The world at their fingertips
Bowed down before them
King and Queen
Of a time they thought
Would not end
Before the war
Invasion unannounced
Unplanned for
Then came guns, bombs
Screaming sirens
Buildings falling like
Wooden toy blocks
Calls for help
Go unanswered
Smoke rises
Swirls up into that
Heavenly loam ...

Twilight glows
In warm golden splendor
Surrendering to darkness
His slow fading ember
The moon swims up
In her sultry sway
Enticing us with her
Hypnotic display
Luminous stars
Burn bright from afar
Showering the sky
Like fireflies in a jar
Trees dance back and forth
In the warm summer breeze
Crickets serenade their lullaby
While I softly fall asleep

Hatred
That nasty little word
Divides countless people, countries...
To the world
It's a drug
We need more of
And when we get it
It's not enough
Hatred will tear us apart
Leaving a gaping hole
Nothing more than bottomless dark
Where we used to have a heart
Born into a world
Diseased
We're all an infection
Parasitic Invaders
Sucking the life from our host
The world cannot sustain
We cannot contain
Our mother is dying
And we're to blame
Divides countless people, countries...
To the world
It's a drug
We need more of
And when we get it
It's not enough
Hatred will tear us apart
Leaving a gaping hole
Nothing more than bottomless dark
Where we used to have a heart
Born into a world
