The Strongest Man I Have Ever Known,
Heart Attacks, Diabetes, Strokes,
And More You Were Thrown..
But You Fought Them All,
You Fucked Them Up Good,

Or Cassius Clay,
Wouldn’t Stand A Chance,
Had He Got In Their Way..
They Tried To Destroy You,
Break Down Your Spirit,
Eat Away At Your Mind,
Sometimes Without Reason,
Life’s So Fucking Unkind..
Taking Your Soul,
Such An Outrageous Sin,
Your Strength,
Your Courage,
You Found From Within..
A Lesser Man,...

My Latest Confidents,
An Accumulation Of Corroded Aged Aluminium,
A Cardboard Crate,
And A Hoard Of Newspapers..
Beads Of Liquid Reverberate Around Me,
Saturated Papers Hanging Skyward,
Hours, Days, Weeks,
But In Reality Minutes Pass..
An Intense Radiance Escapes My Hand,
An Eclipse,
Held Outstretched Overhead,
The Moon Casting A Negative Backdrop,
It Orchestrates A Procession Of Bellowing Percussion,
It Commands Look At Me,
It Demands Look At Me..

Deformities Hiding Under My Clothes,
On My Body And Upon My Face..

What Is Normal..
Am I Worth Any Less Than You,
Sneering Up And Down,
Gives Me Another Sense Of Deja Vu..
Well Guess What,
I’m Worth A Hundred Of You,
You’ve No Idea What The Fuck I’ve Been Through,
You Refuse To Scratch The Surface,
Make Out I’m Worthless,

A Seed To A Stem,
I’m Starting To Grow,
I’m Thriving Again...
I Searched Through My Heart,
Looked Into My Soul,
I Made A Decision,
To Take Back Control..
A Phoenix From The Ashes,
Ferociously Burning,
Resurrection Complete,
Life Slowly Returning..
Beaten And Bruised,
But I Did Not Give In,
You Did Not Beat Me,
I Did Not Let You Win..
I Am Still Standing,
And I Will Grow Stronger,

My Baby Girl Was Heaven Sent,
A Bundle Of Joy,
Sent From Above,
To Be Shielded,
Protected,
And Showered With Love..
I Know I Don’t Say,
What Goes On In My Head,
And I Know That My Minds,
Not Easily Read..
Words Do Escape Me,
I’m Like A Closed Book,
But Step Inside,
Take A Look..
Open It Up,
And Read It Out Loud,
Then You Will See,
Just How Happy,
And Proud..
That You Have Made Me,
Over The Years,
You’ve Brought Me Smiles,
Laughter,
And A Few...

Blackened And Bruised,
Barely A Murmur,
No Power From My Heart,
Loaded With Brandy And Vicodin,
My Mind And Body,
Falling Apart..
Oxygen Breathing Life,
My Nucleus Showing Signs Of Movement,
A Pulse,
A Slight Beat,
My Artificial Existence,
Now Made Obsolete..
Day By Day The Thumping Increases,
Amnesia Takes Away The Pain,
Gallons Of Blood,
Surrounds My Body,
Running Emphatically Through My Veins..
Resurrection,
The Revival,
The Rebirth,
Nearly Complete,
Special Friends,
