Second Best..
Your good enough when no ones around,
Your good enough when nobody else answers,
No other friends can be found..
First in line,
Only if there's no one else to choose,
First in line as long as everyone else will refuse..
Top man
The go to guy
As long as there's no other guy to pick
As long as all the other contenders
Down their tools and quit..
Then yes
Your the main man
But make the most of your title
At the time
Having you around is nothing but vital..
Until there's another available to...

Let Me Get Off..
It's happening again..
Terror suppressing every sence I have,
Slaying my Emotions,
Feelings,
My Everything.
Happy and content gets replaced by fear and apprehension,
Knowing what's to follow fills my head,
Sadness fills my heart..
Railroaded on to the destructive path that lays before me,
Knowing what lies ahead,
And knowing there's nothing I can do to change the destination.
So i sit back,
Buckle up,
And prey..
Wishing this voyage would hastily end,
To restore normality ...

Self Respect?
No fucking self respect.
That's me,
That's what I've become,
But it's nobody else's fault but mine,
On top of my game,
I beam and shine
But..
That doesn't last long...
I'm soon put back in my place
"Your a waste of time"

Broken Heart
I'm writing this now,
Even though you've gone,
To express the feelings I have,
And had all along..
Although I think you know,
I want to make sure you know!
That they won't die too,
Always in my heart,
And I'll always love you..
It was hard watching you go,
I never put you down for being a quitter,
But give up you did..
And I haven't a clue what way to go,
Or direction to head..
I'm lost...
But that's not your problem now

That's a damming analogy
But it's true.
That's how I feel right now
About you..
And what you done today,
I've kept my mouth shut but now have a right to say..
How I feel..
All weekend I looked after you
And your boys,
Thinking of you and them,
Before anything..
And what did you do,
Read back your texts,
Not just to me,
My mum too...
What the fuck!
What the actual fuck were you thinking,
I know what your say,
It wasn't me,

And to inform you there's not one but two sides of information,
to every story..
Opinions ..
And just because you heard one side,
Does that mean it's gospel or set in stone..
Does that mean my side
Or my story should be overthrown ?
I'm not sure that your aware,
But this day and age of equal rights
You should realise that that's unfair..
But i dont think you do ..
I think you've heard a pack of lies and listened to desperate deceitful cries,
and made up your mind..
But what...

f**king Mess..
There was nothing at all I could do..
And believe me I was trying so fucking hard to help you.
To save you.
From making a bad situation worst,
But you wouldnt listen..
You just wouldn't listen,
I was shouting and screeming
In the middle of the road,
Please just listen,
But every time that I spoke,
You just had to explode..
You were shouting and screeming
Twice as much back at me,
For the whole fucking street to see..
And all I was doing was trying to protect your children,
But failed...
And believe me I was trying so fucking hard to help you.
To save you.

The Drink..
It's always there
And that's something I need to remember,
January right through till December
Its there...
And it can surface at anytime
Wheather your down,
Depressed,
Or everything's working out just fine,
It can take you..
And that's something I need to remember.
A month passed by
And it made me realise how happy we can be,
Not just me,
Our holiday snaps showed the whole world, everybody looking at them could see..
Then it surfaced...
And it only took one moment of weakness, then it took...
And that's something I need to remember,
January right through till December
Its there...
And it can surface at anytime
Wheather your down,
Depressed,
Or everything's working out just fine,
It can take you..
And that's something I need to remember.

Black Hole
Falling down deeper
into the abyss,
A split second to reminise,
about old times
times that I miss..
black walls surround me
the ground edging ever closer
as I fall faster and faster..
telling myself there must be some light
somewhere
just a glimmer
out there..
when will it find me
when can I see
I need some hope
faith
to come into my life
to save me..
hold me by the scruff of the neck and scream at me to survive..
just survive..
instead of fading into the background
trying to hide, ...
into the abyss,

Down And Out
Feeling so sad
My feelings don't compare,
There just not as great
Or at least not as bad
So there often dismissed..
Overlooked,
Over shadowed,
Completely missed..
And as hard as I try to suppress them..
Sometimes I can't..
Constantly placing others on top of the tree..
Doing the best that I can,
Hoping one day
there be a place there for me..
But for now..
I'll continue
To look out for,
and look after..
And deal with this shit on my own
Stuck here on my own ...

To Whoever Is Reading This..
Looking back through my library
I probably portray a sad lonely miserable creature,
So this write here
will hopefully educate,
so take a seat as the pupil
and let me be the teacher..
I'm a good man with no education
but I've trained
and worked hard
some say an inspiration..
because I spend my time helping the needy,
and by needy I mean those who can't walk
not those that are greedy..
no use of their limbs
or stuck in a wheelchair,
struck down with a disease
at the depths of despair..
My wife...
I probably portray a sad lonely miserable creature,
So this write here

The Hole
Clawing at the walls
Trying to get out
Equiped only with my voice
I scream and shout
But nothing..
Just the echo of my voice
Bellowing back at me..
A mountain of dirt
Falls to the ground
A mountain more wedged deep under my fingernails,
A deep blood red trickles down and across my hands like a glove,
There's nothing around me,
Below or above
Just darkness..
Alone with my thoughts
The scariest thing I could be alone with..
But just as I fear the worse
A glimmer of hope
A release from this...
Trying to get out

I scream and shout
