Often I saunter
into the garden of words

My mind
a frisky butterfly
 
flitters
flutters
 
amidst the delicious blossoms
 
a dalliance
a romance
 
summoning with their divine dance
 
tantalizing
titillating
 
seducing my intellect
 
Oh,these
flirtatious teases
 
offering coyly
their sweet nectar
 
Ah,the elixir
for the heart 'n' soul
 
of a poetic mind...

Luring, intoxicating, consuming 
us weak mortal beings 
Misleading us sailors
on our voyage across birth to death
with your songs 
Enticing us until we fall prey 
to your deceptive charm 
Sucking us deep into your black hole 
until our real identities 
get dissolved...

When I gaze into your eyes,  
eyes that define the skies:    
I fall deep,    
deep into your soul...    
   
Bending space and time,    
your eyes a wormhole :    
a portal to another dimension ;    
a dimension where reality and illusion are unknown...    
   
Gravity of your hypnotic eyes    
disintegrating me into nothingness ;
