POEMS AND SHORT STORIES
morning
The sky is blue , the sun is new
Birds singing in the trees
Against a soft breeze
Morning, a new day dawning
A yawn or two, time to rise and
See what the day will brew
Birds singing in the trees
Against a soft breeze
Morning, a new day dawning
A yawn or two, time to rise and
See what the day will brew

Wake Up Call
His soft snores punches the silence
I breathe him in like plants
Needing day lights magic
He smells of our passion
Stuck in mid flight
I straddle strong thighs
lick thick lips
tasting morning breath
Sweet like honey bee juice
It brought a smile
From closed eyes
And a strong gentle hand
Grabbing bare ass
morning arousal
grows stronger
between wet ambrosia
brown eyes open
wrapping me sweet
his wake up call
complete
I breathe him in like plants
Needing day lights magic
He smells of our passion
Stuck in mid flight
I straddle strong thighs
lick thick lips
tasting morning breath
Sweet like honey bee juice
It brought a smile
From closed eyes
And a strong gentle hand
Grabbing bare ass
morning arousal

brown eyes open

his wake up call

Crescendo
What’s that piercing the stillness
Are those the sounds
of our lust filled echos
Whispering in the night
Bend your ear and you might
Hear our crescendo
Are those the sounds
of our lust filled echos
Whispering in the night
Bend your ear and you might
Hear our crescendo

Bitter Cup
The bitter nectar
from your cruel years
Fell from my face
My cup runneth over
I drank from that cup
Of harshness and pain
Without a chaser
Letting it fill the creases
Of a soul dry-heaving with shame
I drank until I got high on life lessons
Until my world became sane
to acknowledged the blessing
I drank until I overdose
Until true strength
I could boast
I drank of those bitters
took them all down
I drank until I had no more
until my cup was dry
from your cruel years
Fell from my face
My cup runneth over
I drank from that cup
Of harshness and pain
Without a chaser
Letting it fill the creases
Of a soul dry-heaving with shame
I drank until I got high on life lessons
Until my world became sane

I drank until I overdose

Sandman Blues
He watches
a silhouette in the night
a faceless shadow standing
at the foot of her bed
He stares at her sleeping.
The rise and fall of her breathing
hypnotizes the Sandman
Even in the darkness
he sees her clearly
his beloved nightingale
Her exotic lines speaks to him
feminine curves excites
causes his phantom urges to ignite
He longs to touch her
his delicate flower
To taste her moist lips
bath in the warmth
of her arms and be
baptize in the feeling
of her soft wetness
He stares for...

She Opened
She opened to the sun of the new day dawn
She opened with the promise that the Goddess
Would grant her sustenance in her eternal rays
As she extends upward, her early morning praise
Her source of strength and spiritual nourishment
She opened to receive her daily encouragement
She opened with the promise that the Goddess
Would grant her sustenance in her eternal rays
As she extends upward, her early morning praise

Replicate
This is my place to meditate
to excavate and educate
while I rejuvenate
I reverberate, nature
Tessellate never discriminate
I celebrate my seasons all
Overrate, Spring
underrate, Winter
Yet each a necessitate
in the process
of this replica
to excavate and educate
while I rejuvenate
I reverberate, nature
Tessellate never discriminate
I celebrate my seasons all
Overrate, Spring
underrate, Winter
Yet each a necessitate
in the process
of this replica

I Will Miss You
I will miss the poets of DUP
Miss the words
Your mighty pens
Penned, that caused
My mind to bleed
With the wisdom
You conceived
I will miss the laughter
Of heartfelt verses
That lightened my days
Tearing away the darkness
I will miss the tears
From souls exposed
In written prose
With blood
From open wounds
Still trying to mend
I will miss the friendships
Sister spirits and brother souls
Teachers and preachers
Lovers and sinners
And everything in between
That...

Desert Flower
Harshness beat down on a parched land
Hard ground cracked and shriveled
Having nothing and receiving less
Sporadic in its giving back
Uninhabitable and uncultivated
What could grow within this wasteland so hostile?
Nothing but the bleak, whose fiery is silent, weak.
Few can endure in these conditions
Only those who adapt will survive.
The Desert Flower raised her head through the cracks
Despite the desolate, she remained
strong within the severity.
Stood firm against unforgiving winds
having sunk her roots deep
to find...

BUTTERFLY
Slowly creeping through this world
unaware, changeless
To my surroundings
Structurally dissimilar from you
Naïve
In my wandering
Not yet an adult
I feed on plants
You, a carnivore
A caterpillar
Cradled in your warmth
Nourished with your love,
I became a sessile, affixed to your
Sensual base
Kept
Partaking only of you
Your sex, my food
Supplying an appetite
You matured, perverted
Castoff...

For An Instant
I stood in line abiding my time
Deciding on a latte or regular
when I heard the chime
I turned on a dime, watching him
Enter
Tall , dark and sleek
An ancient Greek, he smiled
And I wanted his lovechild
And just for the briefest of beats
I imagined myself his lover,
his submissive, his Muse
and his friend blended
in passion
For a second I held my breath
and let the tingle run through my loins
like Desdemona, no longer single
till death do us part
I felt out of breath

He Played Me
The place was crowded as glasses tinkled
With the noise of dialogue that muffled in my ears
Smoke streamed in waves as he walked out on stage
I looked, he stared, this man of jive smiled
As he rigmarole among empty chairs
To place his tackle, he removed his instrument
A black beauty she was long and sleek
Licking her up, all warm and tender
He kept his eyes on me
An olde school player with his paraphernalia
He took the mick with flimflam flair,
Pulling their attention, hushing the cackle
announced that he was there
with a soulful...
